The European code of conduct on partnership in the framework of the European Structural and Investment Funds calls on all member states to ensure that programming processes are inclusive and involve close cooperation with partners. In July 2019, Slovenian Government tasked GODC to lead the programming process by working closely with other ministries, government offices and partners to prepare the documents for the implementation of all seven ESI Funds in the period 2021-2027.
GODC established three working groups which include representatives of the following partners:
- regional, local and urban authorities and other public authorities,
- economic and social partners,
- civil society bodies, including environmental partners and those advocating social inclusion, basic rights, gender equality, non-discrimination and human right of persons with disabilities.
